Sainsbury's Cafe - Piatti

Called in for a quick bite to eat ordered 2 all day breakfast waited half an hour for the food to arrive and the eggs were like rubber asked for brown bread toast came as multi grain

I've been several times whilst in store. Pre Covid it was kind of self service for most snacks, some things were brought to your table. Typical supermarket cafe fare and very good value for the price.

Oh dear not very good food was not hot on arrival had to ask for it to be heated up. Fish and chips £5.50 Ham egg and chips £5.50 Tea each £1.30 Why is it that the place is nearly empty the staff slow the food 45 minutes in coming and then not hot! Visualizza piatti

I used the very accomodating toilet facilities to unload my xmas dinner. The cup of tea that ensued was very nice, pipeing hot and tasted very much like hot tea. I would not recommend the toilet facilities though, after my tea i needed a wee but could not enter due to a foul smell.

My wife and I shopped in the store and went up to the cafe for lunch. The room was full of noisy children and the tables had not been cleared or cleansed so we had to do our own. My wife queued for some time before being finally served. The food was OK but not worth the wait. Disappointing visit. They hadn’t got the sandwiches my wife required

By far this was the worst meal I have ever had the pleasure of paying for. I had Cod and chip. The cod had clearly been left warming all day as it was dry, discoloured and shrivelled. I couldn't eat half of the chips as they where overcooked to the point that they where rock hard, and as for the peas they had also been overcooked and where brown. Truly shocking. Visualizza piatti

Wish I’d gone somewhere else! Well happy new year. Had a trip out today as we had nothing to do at home. Called in for a few bits in store and decided to have lunch in the cafe. I’ve visited on many occasions but today just wasn’t good at all. Cafe was very quiet with roughly 12 in including myself my partner. Feet stuck to the floor, dirty tables and members of staff sounding like they don’t want to be at work. Disappointing experience. Better luck next time.

Today my sister and I called in this Sainsbury Cafe upstairs for the 1st time in 2yrs since Covid we both ordered a jacket potato with tuna mayo when it arrived at our table I can honestly say it was Utter Slop!!! How on earth can you get a baked potato and a tin of tuna with a squirt of mayo so, so wrong it was disgraceful we eventually got a refund without even touching it the staff's excuse was: We buy it in from an outside source so we don't prepare it??? Two of us just visited the cafe for the first time in 8 years,. Ordered soup, a cold drink, a hot drink, and a cheese toastie, Queued up for 5 minutes to order. The cafe was quiet. They gave us a number on a stand to put on a table. Then the following happened 1 Soup came very quickly (it was hot and tasty) plus the cold drink, The waiter took the number away. There was NO bread with it. Maybe Sainsbury 's don 't have bread?? 2 Twenty five minutes went by. The restaurant was still quiet. That 's it !!
