Super friendly staff, great food, can’t ask for more in your local Chippy! Ordered 2 x fish and regular chips gravy. All excellent. Gravy the best you will get at a chippy.

Had fish and chips before from here and was very nice so thought we try again but we're terrible. No batter hardly on fish and chips nasty and tasteless.Ended up in the bin.

we had a ellcious chippy supper tonight! chips were spot on, fish crispy and all piping hot! Great friendly staff, always greeted with cheery hello! clear and visible social distancing in place, hand sanitizer on the wall and felt very covid secure!

Stafford Lions Club held a charity fundraiser on Friday 10th September. We ordered over 80 portions of fish and chips from Sandon Road Fish and chip shop. They were delivered, red hot and everyone said how fantastic they were! Thank you so much we will certainly use you again in November!!

I've been going to this chip shop since the current owners was his father and Mitch was a little boy. He had carried on the traditional fish and chips since then, extending the menu. We had put a big order through to treat our residents to traditional fish and chips. The staff were really helpful and the fish and chips were lovely! The residents really enjoyed them and said they were the best they had had in a long time. The portions were very generous and excellent value for money. This was the first time that I tried this chippy and I only did it because they did delivery. I ordered haddock, chicken breast chips and potato fritters. Being honest about it, it wasn’t the best meal that I’d had, the fish was quite small in comparison to other places and was saturated with oil seems like they didn’t drain any excess oil from it the chicken was the same. I’d give the chips 5 out of 10 as they were a little soggy. On the up side the fritters were very nice and very large in comparison. Over all I don’t think I’d rush back.

When this Fish and Chip sop first opened, it was excellent. However the quality of food has gradually deteriorated over time to the point where everything that they sell is greasy and tastes, well just not very nice. I certainly would not recommend anything from them. The last meal I had from them was a simple Chips and Peas....simple enough you would think. However the chips were both small and greasy...and some of them were even undercooked. The peas were the best part of the meal.....In summarry I threw them in the bin and will never return again. My Advice if you fancy Fish and Chips....try anywhere but here!!!!! Visualizza piatti
