Lovely friendly staff. Great food. Had the vegan tali. Staff from kitchen sitting having their meal. Good sign.

The food is really good and authentic, the dosa is very tasty and crispy and the sambar and the chutneys that come with it have a great flavor. However, the idli had a sourish taste that I didn't like that much. The waiters are very friendly and the food is served quickly. Visualizza piatti

I love dosas! and outside indiens I found only a few I love. the one I had in saravana bhavan in berlin was one I loved. my friends also loved their meals. there are many interior and exterior seats. the outside seats are located next to a berliner wall thekmal at the potsdamer square and it is interesting to see how to try out the outside exhibitions there.

Medium-sized South Indian restaurant right next to Potsdamer Platz. No outdoor seating. It's definitely not as fancy as Amrit. The vibe is a bit more McDonalds-like, but not THAT bad. The menu is MASSIVE. A bit too massive to be honest I nearly got choice-paralysis. Also, there was a cheese-dish that was labeled as vegan. Hmm... honest mistake I guess. Still bad. Most importantly, the service was good and my dosa tasted great. I'd be happy to go back here again.

Very authentic Indian cuisine and atmosphere. Large menu, if you have not been to India before and/or have no idea about Indian cuisine the menu might be overwhelming. Many items are vegan or can be ordered in a vegan version. We had a north Indian thali (the plaak was amazing), Rasam (tasted like those we had in India) and a mushroom Rogan Josh (out of the great food by far the best) The taste was very authentic. Please be aware that also the service is authentic(for example we did not receive our two dishes at the same time and service might seem a bit chaotic for German standard Portions are very decent/large.
