Simply Fish Chips - Menu

Had eight people round for national fish and chips day. Great fish and chips! Freshly cooked. What else can I say other than it was lovely and fresh!

Great service, polite staff! Simply is our favourite local chippy, the food is always tasty and the batter is always fresh and crispy! The haddock is amazing as always!!

The gluten free haddock was amazing! The batter was crispy and the haddock was huge! I would highly recommend Simply for those looking for gluten free foods. Will definitely be returning!

I couldn't say anything more positive about this place. I went there because fish in chalford is not open on Monday and now I'm a regular. One of the best fish and chip shops in the Stroud area. great food quick service and the staff are very friendly.

Enjoyed lovely gluten free fish and chips. The portion size was large and the staff were really friendly. I would highly recommend Simply Fish and Chips, especially if you are looking for somewhere that caters for gluten free or vegan dietary requirements.

We use this chip shop most Fridays and it’s always fresh and simply lovely. We always have 1 chicken, 3-4 cod chips, curry sauce and drinks. We normally phone the order through and we always get great friendly service. One week I was very late due to the snow and they waited until I arrived to serve us fresh food. Good value, friendly chippy. Simply one of the best

My friend and I have had the vegan vege burger several times which is always lovely. The manager then offered us options of a vegan pukka pie (chicken mushroom or Minced steak n onion) and they were both sooo delicious! He is currently expanding the vegan options, soon to be offering vegan versions of burgers, pies, and sausages! Vegan food lovers Keep your eyes peeled! Added extra The manager is also always very friendly and pleasant. I highly recommend.

Really disappointed! I 've been using this chippy for years on and off.. The cod used to be massive. I went in this evening (28/01/20) and asked if they had any large cod. The man behind the counter replied this is our large fish as he pointed at what looked like mini fish. Quickly he made a defensive comment they 've always been that size, they haven 't changed . Clearly the look on my face said it all. I thought I the apparent large fish were actually mini-fish. Safe to say I went elsewhere. Not nice someone trying to rip you off.
