"We had afternoon tea it was terrible the sandwiches were very skimmed on the thin slice of cucumber I've never seen it sliced so thin it was transparent limp as well the cream cheese there was hardly any on there the cheese and pickle the pickle a minute tiny bit I mean just a smear one end nothing on the other limp very limp salard the crisps were nice and the coronation chicken was very nice and the blueberry cake was lovely so was the brownie and we had a lemon biscuit that was nice scones were very dry but the jam was one of best I've tasted . Just let down by the sandwiches . We had a takeaway afternoon tea gifted as a mother's day present ."

"I had a disappointing experience at this restaurant due to the manager's behavior. When I joined my friends at their table with the intention of ordering food, the manager, an older gentleman, acted aggressively and rudely. He informed me that the meals wouldn't arrive simultaneously, although I hadn't even inquired about the timing. His glare was unsettling and, feeling uncomfortable, I ultimately chose to leave. It was quite disrespectful, and I also struggled to comprehend much of what he was saying. Meal type: Dinner."

"I ordered a takeaway which included a vegetable biryani. Normally, this dish is flavorful and packs a punch, but unfortunately, this one lacked taste and was very bland. If I had been blindfolded, I wouldn't have been able to tell it was supposed to be Indian food. There was no seasoning, spices, or heat at all, making it tasteless. The dish was full of roughly cut chunks of raw onion and the French beans were so tough that they were inedible. This has to be the worst Indian takeaway I have ever had. I am so disappointed because the food from this restaurant is usually of high quality, but not on this occasion."

"It's been years since I've visited Worcester, after a days work, I really needed a food and drink break, there's plenty of other places I could have gone, but I've used Coffee Warehouse times before an always got great food and service here,...so it was a no brainer, food is cooked fresh as you order it, and the coffee, like the food is full of flavour, service is second to non, I'll be going back next week"

"Five stars still doesn't come close to the standard of this fantastic restaurant. Gaetano is a lovely, friendly host. The food is excellent and is definitely the best Italian food you can get in this country. 2023 Yet another excellent meal in lovely surroundings, hopefully planning permission will be granted to allow expansion of this wonderful restaurant. 2024 Yet again, fantastic food and service and with the planning permission granted things are looking even better for this brilliant place."
