"While I was placing an order at the self-service screen, I encountered an issue with redeeming a voucher. A staff member directed me to the checkout counter for assistance, and during this time, my son sat at a table nearby. To my shock and disappointment, Aaron, the kitchen manager, instructed my son to give up his seat to other customers who had placed their orders. My 13 year old son advised Aaron that his mom was at the checkout, but Aaron persistently asked him to move in which he did in front of other customers. I am absolutely appalled by this treatment. As a paying customer, my family and I have every right to occupy a space while waiting for our food. It is unacceptable that my son was made to feel unwelcome and displaced while I was trying to resolve an issue caused by the ordering system. This experience has left me extremely dissatisfied, and I am now questioning whether I will return to your establishment in the future. I trust that you will take this matter seriously and ensure that no other customers are subjected to such unfair treatment. The lack of response to my 12/01/2025 email about poor service highlights a clear disregard for customer concerns. Service: Dine in Price per person: £20–30"

Food was quite tasty but had to wait for quite a while, whilst being able to see our food, for it to be given. The sauces weren't all there. The food was cold. The policy on the drinks machine is good, although syrup ratios require a rework. The staff themselves seem friendly but again quite a while to get food. Despite the above, genuinely it was quite tasty and I can't fault it, it's a shame it wasn't still served hot. Food: 5 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 2
