The customer service was quite poor, with no clear instructions provided. The drinks and food were just mediocre. The only highlights were the decoration and the music, which were enjoyable.

This is a cozy and budget-friendly restaurant with excellent facilities and delicious food. Our waitress, Aodbha, was amazing and took great care of us. A huge thank you to her! If you’re in Manchester, be sure to stop by—you won’t be disappointed.

We had an excellent couple of hours at the bottomless brunch. Our waitress, Evie, was fantastic and made our experience truly enjoyable. The food was delicious, and everyone loved it. terrible service. the reservation was not there, although 3 weeks were booked in advance. the staff was rude and refused to help us. the starters and the nets were brought together so that the nets were cold when we finally had to eat. I had a terrible experience at this restaurant. I arrived with a reservation on my phone, but they claimed they couldn't find it in their system. The staff weren't helpful at all, and their rudeness really put a damper on our special day, especially since it was Valentine's Day and we couldn't find another available restaurant. One of the workers, Lydia, was particularly unhelpful and seemed indifferent to our situation. Overall, it was a disappointing experience.

Then, a man named Dan approached us and rudely placed a 'reserved' sign on our table, saying, "We need this table at 4 PM." When I pointed out we had about 50 minutes left, he responded in a rather condescending manner. I assured him that if we had our food by then, it wouldn't be a problem since we planned to eat and leave, not stay for drinks. Meanwhile, I noticed that a similarly sized table next to us was reserved for 3:30 PM and decorated with Pride accessories.
