"We ate here Friday evening. We were surprised how quiet it was given the nice weather and the venue. However, I assume this is a sign of the times we are currently living in. The whole of the area was very quiet too. We sat just inside next to the terrace, unfortunately the terrace tables had already been allocated. Still a very nice view. The food was very good and not overly expensive either. In particular fillet steak was very good. The service was excellent. A good balance between attentive and allowing space to enjoy your evening. And they regularly came by to top up our wine. Would recommend and return"

Disappointed that we were not told bottomless brunch ended at we sat down at and that we couldn’t stay on after. Felt we were rushed out ASAP. As a result, ambience seriously lacked compared to a usual dayevening

Amazing food an absolutely fantastic Chateaubriand with great sides of spinach triple cooked chips. Great and knowledgable sommelier who sorted out a couple of perfect choice glasses for us, and overall fantastic service from the team at Smiths floor. Thanks guys

Good service, friendly staff. Great view, which was why I booked it. It's been going for years, so obviously it's getting things right. I don't like openair eating, so we sat just inside, which was nice, and then moved to the cushioned booths at the back, which was nicer

Went with friends resently and at first they did not have our reservation. But then they found it. We were seated next to a big table and when we notice it we asked to be moved. We could only move up by one table because they had given the table further away to a couple. We were then told that one of the starters, that in fact we all wanted, was not available as the big table had order it. They gave us a complimentary dessert instead. The food was good but very expensive
