Had a takeaway Sunday evening chicken kebab and Donna meat with chips took over an hour to arrive wish it hadn’t turned up at all was cold and the chicken Donna was disgust lumps of burnt pieces of chicken and the pitta was stale and fell to bits needless to say won’t be using again should have a health warning

Sometimes after a few beverages in Brighton centre, I find myself stumbling into this place and ordering a pizza. Don't get me wrong, the pizza never ever disappoints but the one night I decided to order a chicken burger my evening took a turn for the worse. It was double, it was a mistake. I found myself being very ill.

After leaving the restaurant, we realized we were too hungry to wait and needed to eat something on the go. Although I wasn't expecting a fine dining experience, I did expect my food to be warm and as requested. Sadly, I would rather eat my own foot than dine at this fast food place again. Had to wait nearly two hours. Wasn’t notified of delay and the phone was engaged constantly! When I did eventually get through I received unsatisfactory customer service! The man on the phone said, “only thing I can say is it’s rush hour and next time you order...” that’s where I cut in staying I will never be ordering from Sobs again!!!

Rude members of staff. Ordered a pizza and chips and garlic bread.. for it to take an hour to turn up, cold chips and wrong order. Phoned up for them to tell me 'im not going to do anything about it ' ordered at least 3 times a month and have always waited an hour if not longer. But today after the rude member of staff and cold food i will not be going back there!!!!!

I ordered 1 pizza, cheesy chips, and a coke online from Just Eat. I was told it would be an hour. Two hours later, we tried calling. The first time we were cut off, and the second time, after several rings, someone finally answered. The person apologized and said the order was on its way. Although I love being a bit of a food snob and eating in fine-dining style fancy restaurants, I have to admit I am also a bit of a sucker for a dirty chicken burger- and Sobs is my go to place! I've never had anything else of the menu because I'm so enamoured with the naughty greasy poultry in a bun, it's definitely not fancy but it is tasty! Prices are reasonable, around a fiver for dinner, and they're normally quite quick even though everything seems to be fried to order. Defo recommend if you're after a high-calorie hangover cure!

I used to frequent this restaurant every week, but ever since they changed their website and ordering process last month, the quality has significantly declined. Last week, I ordered their kebab meal deal which included chips and a drink. It took over an hour for my order to arrive, despite the fact that I only live a mile away. When it finally did, I received a pita bread in a bag, uncut, along with separate containers for the kebab meat and salad. If I wanted to assemble my own kebab, I would have done it myself. Firstly, I just want to point out that I've only ever tried the pizza here so can't comment on anything else from the menu. I've tried the pizza lots of times a few different ways ordering at the shop, ordering for delivery, ordering for takeaway... I've never been 100% sober when I've eaten something from there but I can comment that: 1) Delivery with Just Eat took well over an hour and the pizza was very odd... the cheese on top seemed to be burnt and I don't think they got the toppings quite right. 2) Ordering straight from the shop can take a while, but I'm pretty sure this is cheapest as they always have deals on.
