Great new Brighton spot. Perfect cocktails, excellent food and the best service. Best thing about it was unlike most cocktail bars in Brighton you don’t have any riff-raff in there and the people are all very nice.

On Valentine's Day, our starters arrived 10 minutes apart. The first one was placed on the table quite rudely. Went on Saturday 16 Oct for my husband’s birthday it was great, the restaurant is beautiful, the food was delicious . I loved loved the music, the bar area was stunning. Our server was Johnny, what a super young guy. All in all I would highly recommend this place , it’s got a bit of something for everyone. We will be back .

We arrived at the restaurant, but they had no record of our reservation, which was for a birthday celebration. I showed them the booking confirmation, but they mentioned that they didn't use OpenTable frequently. They had closed early due to a lack of customers, and we received no notification about this. Unfortunately, we were turned away, and by that time, it was too late to find another nice place to eat.

Less than average food, for example cod with polenta comes without the polenta. Dreadful service. Banging music so you can 't hear or speak. Obviously designed around the owners vision but targeting 20 year old cocktail drinkers. On the plus side, guarantee it won 't be there in 12 months because those who can afford the price tag, £200 for 2, won 't return a second time. And those who 'luv the vibe ' won 't have the money. We arrived at the restaurant only to find that they had no record of our reservation, which was made for a birthday celebration. They had closed the restaurant early due to low attendance, and there had been no notification about this. Unfortunately, we were turned away, and by that time, it was too late to find another place to go. What a disappointing experience!

Modern and cool restaurant. I'm a solo diner, I was offered a table nest some steps, but I asked and was moved immediately to a better spot from my point of view. Able to provide cocktails not on their limited list. Food was really great for me, although it seems to be big on steaks. Limited selection of wine by the glass, but I enjoyed my choice. Disappointed not able to get a glass of prosecco. But did enjoy my pre dinner Aperol spritz. Music is lound and good. I enjoyed it. Service was excellent my waiter Edward was very personable. I'd definitely visit again.

It is something of a triumph of style over substance. Great location, and all looks very hip and stylish. Others have commented on the inexperienced and somewhat chaotic waiting staff; we had to wait 35 minutes for our initial aperitif drinks to arrive (one cocktail and a diet coke). Later we had the same glass of wine, which he hadn’t ordered, brought to our table on three occasions by two different servers. Not blaming individual servers who were all very charming, but evident lack of competent leadership. The food was good enough, but like the drinks, about 25% over-priced.
