"It was at the restaurant yesterday. The food was good. However, the operation is overwhelmed. Should order as soon as possible as another larger group was expected. So preciousness was bad in place. But the biggest manko was the cold in the fireplace room. An artificial fire burned in the fireplace, as allegedly no wood was delivered. We couldn't do another heating source. The window was horrible about 8 minutes. It was totally unpleasant. You cannot impress the guests. I have a total sore throat today. Not recommended."

This was our first visit to Veitshochheim, and Spundloch was within walking distance from our hotel. I wanted to introduce my children to a typical German meal, and it was delicious. We had a Schnitzel, Pfifferlinge and Semmelknödel and a Lende Ratsherren, all exceptional. We sat in the cute little courtyard, and service was prompt. Would definitely recommend
