The menu was excellent, as was the service. We were there for the first time and loved it - not cheap, of course, but absolutely justified for what was on offer

The SRA BUA by Juan Amador in the Kempinski Hotel Gravenbruch is a real experience: great ambience, if only because of the great blue wall paint and the impressive terracotta warriors, fabulous food, great wines, fantastic staff! The new menu at Sra Bua was excellent. This time, the Asian components are used in a balanced way in all dishes in the five-course menu. The wines served with the dishes by Serkan Müller were extraordinary and harmonized very well with the various aromas. The service is very good and always there when it is needed. We didn't like the wine accompaniment at all and sometimes didn't taste it at all. We expected that we would be asked beforehand whether we would not like something or would be given a brief insight into the selection of wines for the menu. The food was unusual, special, fine, almost a bit daring, but certainly not commonplace. The accompanying wines were far too expensive, the glasses were only filled very cautiously. The service was correct but very cautious to cold and distant. The ambience was cold, we even had to light the candles ourselves. Price performance was therefore quite questionable even for us Swiss

Our evening at Sara Bua was very special. The food was excellent, refined also many small additions from the kitchen and qualitatively on the highest level. The service was very courteous and attentive without being intrusive. The restaurant was relatively empty, which does not make it easier for the staff. The Sra Bus is not a restaurant that you go to quickly because you are hungry. Food is celebrated there and you should treat yourself to it if you want to treat yourself to something special. The prices are of course correspondingly high, but for us the price-performance ratio was still right

But unfortunately not outside. : We were actually looking forward to the beautiful garden with this beautiful weather. Unfortunately, aggressive wasps prevented us from eating outdoors. We look at the new menu list every month ... and have found the menu selection relatively monotonous lately. That has unfortunately corrected our frequency of visits downwards. Last year we had several highlights at the Srabua, ox cheek, short rib, etc., which were unfortunately replaced by less attractive, simpler menus. The Simmental beef fillet was unfortunately only average and with euros beyond a good price-performance ratio. How about some US steak using the method? Or something great from the sea? Even...
