"Wir genossen im Rahmen eines Arrangement des Hotels ein 5-Gang Abendessen im Rosarium. Wir waren durch und durch zufrieden mit unserem Essen. Bereits das amuse bouche(Vitello tonnato) nahm uns mit auf einen kulinarischen Höhenflug. Die Gerichte wussten durch saisonale, regionale Produkte zu überzeugen(bspw. Forelle aus Rubigen) und waren schön inszeniert. Die Portionen sind gerade richtig. Ich als Käseliebhaber konnte anstelle des Dessert sogar eine kleine Käseauswahl haben. Leider war dies der einzige Punkt den es zu bemängeln gibt. Der Käse wirkte nicht sehr frisch und war auch nicht besonders lecker. Ansonsten waren wir sehr zufrieden. Auch die Weinauswahl ist beeindruckend. Das Ambiente hat uns auch sehr gefallen. Ein Mix aus Nostalgie und Moderne"

"11/12/23 at 12 p.m. We celebrated a birthday with our family. Since I have an allergic reaction to celery, I told the service employee directly when ordering our food. This is also noted on the dessert menu so that any allergies can be reported to the service staff. He was slightly irritated and tried his best. Suddenly the chef rushed to our table stressed and asked again. I explained the situation to him. We found a solution. Before he stormed back into the kitchen, he said, very stressed, that next time we should report this when making the reservation, because he didn't have time for a special order today because the place was full. Then we waited 1 hour and 30 minutes. until our food finally came. I find it very unfortunate that we allergy sufferers still have to justify ourselves and are served like this despite the clear declaration on the cards. Because when it's busy, we also have the right to visit a restaurant without having to justify ourselves and we can have a nice time with a certain amount of discomfort."

"we were happy to have found a restaurant after a long day. we ordered beef, once with pommes and once with different salates. beef not really fresh and very little pommes. the salate was not fresh. more mixed pickles than salate and the salate, e.g. gurken, had the consistency as from a one-piece glass. no or almost no salats sauce. this restaurant we really cannot recommend. the prices are too high for this quality. very shady staff."

Engagiertes Personal. Im Freien verschiedene Tische mit Sitzgelegenheiten. Sehr gute Alternative für preiswertes Mittagessen in Restaurant."
