"We were frequently going to Stiegl for the last couple of years, especially for their salad which was one of the best in whole Salzburg. Unfortunately during our first visit this year we realized that the quality of their food has completely changed to the...bad side unfortunately, it was not even close to the quality which we got used to from this place. On top of this the price was also raised by about 50%. My guess would be that this is their way to compensate the loss they realized during the 2,5 months when they had to close the restaurant."

Die Karte ist übersichtlich und bietet trotzdem für jeden Geschmack etwas. Dazu Stiegl Bier in vielen Varianten. Eine durchaus empfehlenswerte Kombination.

Had a few lovely glasses of mulled wine at the advent market and went inside for some pudding. Soggy, bland, mushy apple strudel greeted us. Kind of ruined the experience.

Very nice place where you can eat something fast or something from the restaurant. Food is good and you can choose between a huge variety of beers, and not only from stiegl. I suggest to see the museum and the exhibition .

Mit Reisegruppe unterwegs. Alles dauert ewig. Teilweise wird das Falsche serviert. Das Personal serviert nicht ab, fragt nicht was fehlt und braucht für alles Ewigkeiten, obwohl der Gastgarten im prinzip leer ist. Schade, denn die Küche und das Bier sind gut.

La birreria è nello stesso posto dello stabilimento in cui viene prodotta...I locali dentro molto tipici e carini...Cenato a dir poco bene.. Canederli ripieni di vari tipi di carne.. Eccezionali.. Arrosto di maiale squisito...Bravi ragazzi.. Personale sorridente e molto gentile e cordiale..consiglio davvero...

We have been here as start for a weekend with friends in Salzburg and had an amazing dinner ! The beer is fantastic (I like the Goldbräu most) and the food is the best I've had for a long time ! Unser Stammtisch war diesmal in der Brauwelt, genauer gesagt im Bräustüberl. Das Bier in der Brauwelt ist gut und es gibt viele Varianten, die Küche ebenfalls.Das Ambiente ist für eine Brauerei-Gastronmie ansprechend und neuwertig, der große Raum wirkt aber leicht ungemütlich. Der Service war gut, jedoch auch manchmal leicht chaotisch, obwohl das Bräustüberl nicht so voll war.

Wir haben eine Führung mitgemacht und uns vorher schon einen Sitzplatz reserviert. Gut so. Nach den vielen Erklärungen und Informationen hat mann echt Durst. ....Aber nach der Bestellung von Essen und Trinken haben wir maximal 10 Minuten auf die leckeren Speisen gewartet...und 25 Minuten aufs Bier....in einer Brauerei? Hallo...gehts noch? Deshalb ein Punkt Abzug. Das Essen ist bodenständig und echt grosses Theater. Danke.
