We were so excited to try out this place as the coffee was highly recommended, and previous reviews mentioned the excellent lunches available but no more! The staff were very polite and friendly, but could not help us with lunch so we went elsewhere....

There is a nice variety of coffee and homemade cakes available at this restaurant. The space is a bit crowded, but there is no pressure to leave quickly. I wouldn't go out of my way to come here for coffee, but I prefer the independent Two Twenty in the market place since I live nearby.

I visited this restaurant twice in one day during my trip to Wells because it's that good. The coffee and mocha were exceptional, and they also offered some delicious cake options. You can choose to sit inside or outside in the charming garden area. The atmosphere is lovely. This place serves the best coffee in Wells or nearby. Don't miss out on stopping here during your trip to Wells.

I love an independent coffee shop this place was excellent. Fantastic coffees (flat whites), lovely crockery, friendly barista nice selection of cakes, all home baked I believe on the premises. We had a friand a Bakewell which were lovely. You won’t stumble on this place as it’s off the main streets but you’ll find it just behind the Cathedral near to the bus station car park. Good spot glad we visited.

Amazing Little independent coffee shop only a min or two from the town centre. Coffee was expertly made )this coming from a self confessed coffee snob) carrot cake was Devine, perfectly moist and the frosting on top was perfect. Both the Barista Lewis, who has run the length of New Zealand 3000kms btw, and the server, (sorry didn’t get your name) were delightful to talk too. It gave us the perfect start to our day walking around the city. And it’s AllPress coffee so it’s that is a win too

I saw the reviews for this restaurant and decided to give it a try. Unfortunately, I was not impressed. The restaurant is very small with limited seating, but luckily there were only two other people there so we were able to find a table. I ordered two lattes, extra hot as I always do. The barista brought them to us with a nice pattern on top, and they were creamy but lukewarm. It was disappointing to receive lukewarm coffee after requesting it to be extra hot. Additionally, there was no Wi-Fi available, which was inconvenient due to poor mobile data in the area. We quickly finished our drinks and left, deciding not to return.
