After entering this place I found out that they only prefer cash. Weird. It was dirty inside, even though it was early in the morning. I ordered takeout. The food didn't taste or look like it should. Waste of money. This place deserves a 0 rating

tonight in this subway after a bad experience in the subway on victoria road, my partner ordered a meatless marina salat, the staff was friendly and attentive and were very happy to serve us. also the load was immaculately clean! probably one of the best subways in bristol!

Paid for 2 x cookie only receive one, paid for a foot long cheese garlic slice and got a 6 inch. Paid for pigs in blanket and the order turned up with no pigs in blanket but a bag of wedges in a replacement but I would have wanted a refund. the load was very clean and the staff is very friendly. I was served quickly and there were quantities of every ingredient I wanted to add. I had ahuh teriyaki Italian foot length with pickles, salat, tomato, wobbles and honey scab. the foot length was generously filled as they can see in the pictures. delicious!

I mean the foods fine but how can you mess up a simple order so badly through Deliveroo… the order is right there for you to read. I ordered a footlong and got a six inch, not checking if the side was in stock before accepting order so told me to just claim through Deliveroo. Have some bare minimum pride in your work.
