"I had already come to sumasa before, about four years ago. I had been amazed by the frame and concept, but especially for the service that is excellent. little anecdote: after eating the first sashimis plate that was offered, I asked for a second before I was delighted when I was told that it was paid. I had the pleasant surprise to have a second plate offered by the manager! When I was staying in the capital, I had to go back there after I kept such a wonderful memory. Result: no disappointment!The restaurant is always as beautiful and clean as before. the frame is pleasant, the scenery make travel in asie. Here we find a well-transscribed Asian atmosphere. fish in aquarium are one more that bring a touch of exoticism. barely arrived, a waitress takes us to the bar and installs us comfortably. the staff is in small care: they offer us to get rid of our business, push our chairs to get settled. I was only too rarely welcomed in this way! the team doesn't hesitate to be in the cares, ask if everything goes well and if we don't need anything. very pleasant and helpful without being intrusive. The concept is original but simple: the guests sit around a treadmill bar in which in the middle, there is a cook who prepares makis, sushis, and other dishes in front of your eyes before depositing them on the carpet. customers make their choices and use directly. simple but original and fun!The dishes range from various makis to sushi, beef balls, coconut ball, potatoes, litchis, noodles, Cantonese rice and others. sushi and makis are well crafted and very good. The dishes are well prepared and quite drunk, big eater I am, I was completely shaved with almost 20 dozen plate, knowing I hadn't eaten of the day. It's fresh, it's good, it's prepared live. What more?The restaurant is very frequent, very quiet and few people in the evening. the staff is effectively rid of, while being pleasant. We spend a very good time, discuss or contemplate the kitchen in the middle of work. the place is clean, the toilets are modern and well maintained, nothing to say. a little limit on desserts, you have right to have fruit salads, licks, coconut balls or makis chocolate-banane (surprising but the mixture works!) on carpet or then ice creams (type ice sticks, pickles or ice balls.) having taken a menu at will about 20€ (night rate,) I found damage not being able to access the refrigerator with little ice cream Chicken towel available at the end of the meal, very pleasant. In the end, we ate very well. the place is quiet is very clean, the staff is really at the top and the dishes are delicious for a restaurant at will. This is not the quality of a Japanese gourmet or a renowned catererer, but the quality is excellent for this type of restaurant. and a little surprise: the manager is the same as the one who offered me the second plate of sashimis 4 years ago. a big thank you to the team that is in small care, we will come back with great pleasure, you know how to treat customers, it has become rare nowadays!"

I love the concept! 13 euros 90 the formula at will, with plates of qualities. the chief is preparing a party in front of us. the restaurant is clean and the service very attentive and friendly. to redo because we spend a great time.

It's not really Japanese refined cuisine par excellence but you don't go to a Japanese buffet at will for that. We go there for a warm welcome, a careful waitress, a clean and enlightened setting, fresh products and that is the case. a rather classic but varied buffet as it is necessary: what to "break the belly." the buffet scrolling on a treadmill is still original. there may be - not enough desserts. P.S.: all meats are halal, even beef broochettes with cheese. (rarely rare)

sumasa remains one of my favorite restaurants with regard to Japanese buffets! Generally the problem of the other restaurant are the waitresses that devises you but not at sumasa since it is the food that comes to you! sitting around a bar, the food slips under our eyes. yakitori, sushi, sashimi, tempura, salad, noodles, rice (nature or Cantonese,) ect. It's the kind of restaurant I've been recommending for a few years the eyes closed and in general this restaurant doesn't disappoint anyone.
