"We did it! After at least 10 attacks, for my wife's birthday, we managed to get one of the coveted places. Our expectations were high as the best Rumsteak temple was recommended everywhere. The parking search was a bit adventurous(10 minutes should be planned) but then it was done. We were very warmly welcomed and here you can see that professionals are at work. In order to take up the topic immediately, we are often on the go in the gastro world but such a warm, competent service we have rarely experienced. Bravo! The menu is also very balanced. Not overloaded, perfectly seasonal and from wild, goose, meat, meat to vegetarian dishes, there is something for every taste. It should be noted that all dishes are also offered as a small portion and are provided with a wine recommendation. But the wine card is also excellently selected. As an appetizer, the field salad was recommended with croutons and bacon cubes and was provided with an excellently smacked raspberry dressing. That I didn't get around the Rumsteak was clear, although the Cordon Bleu was also very tempting. My wife enjoyed the Wolfsbarsch with band noodles and saffron sauce and both we were very happy. The Rumsteak perfectly medium rare and the fish juicy and perfectly fried on the skin side. We can only follow all the excellent reviews.For reasons of time, we could not let the evening end with dessert and espresso, but next time.
