"For starters, we had the chili beef nachos (not too spicy), which were incredibly flavorful and a generous portion—definitely enough for two. The lightly fried brie was crispy on the outside and melted in the mouth, paired with a fresh side salad. For our main courses, we ordered three servings of belly pork, which was fantastic. It was served atop a bed of wonderfully creamy mashed potatoes and green cabbage, garnished with delicious crackling. Our friends, who chose the same dish, wholeheartedly agreed. I opted for the scampi, served with chips, fresh salad, and homemade slaw, which was also very enjoyable. For dessert, we shared a chocolate brownie with ice cream, which was absolutely delicious! Even though we were quite full from the first two courses, we couldn’t resist this indulgent treat. I don't have a picture as our friends polished it off quickly, but they said it was moist and rich in chocolate flavors, and the combination was fantastic. We enjoyed our meal with a variety of drinks, and we will definitely be returning. It’s a great pub!"

Myself and my friends have just had a lovely Christmas lunch here. Was beautiful food from starter to dessert! The ribs literally fell of the bone and the crispy brie was a delight. Will definitely come back :

The chefs are incredibly dedicated; it's the best dining experience in Ashford! The waitstaff is very polite, and the food is delicious—so much so that we always leave feeling full. Many thanks for a wonderful meal. I highly recommend this place!

Good food and dog friendly. Menu is quite expensive for a local pub but it is of good quality. Service was good and friendly. Will definitely try again. Outside area is unfortunately not so welcoming and really open to wind and elements, but good for sunny days.

I really enjoyed my meal. The starter was fantastic, my steak was cooked just the way I requested, and the dessert was delicious as well. There were 12 of us at the table, and everyone was satisfied with their food—everything arrived in a timely manner. The waiting staff was excellent: quick and attentive.
