Excellent stay, super friendly staff and everything was just amazing

Very nice lunch. All in one level which helped with elderly relative. Pleasant staff. Food hot and nicely cooked. Moderate menu. Service slightly slow.

Called in for a drink and ended up having lunch too. Some lovely vegan options, the corn ribs, vegan nachos and vegetable tart were all lovely. Friendly staff and good service too.

Mixed results at a family-friendly pub lunch. We didn't stay at the hotel, so I can't speak for the rooms. We booked a large table for a party of 12, including 4 kids between 1 and 3 years old.

Spent the night at the Swan with my wife. Welcoming and friendly reception and service. I recommend the larger king size rooms and although they face the road, there is good soundproofing and the road gets quiet at night. Dinner was tasty, pretty good beer and a very Argentinian wine. Breakfast which is included in the room rate was traditional and tasty. A good base from which to visit the area.

I tried the banana blossom fish and chips and was pleasantly surprised by how realistic it tasted, I actually thought it was fish at first (but it was confirmed to be vegan)!! If you're craving fish and chips, I highly recommend this dish. The restaurant has added some new creative options to their menu since my last visit, like a tagine and Mediterranean tart, as well as corn ribs and nachos for starters. I'm excited to go back and try these new dishes!!

My experience at this pub on a Friday night was fantastic! It is the top spot in the area for vegan food. With a selection of three starters, four mains, and two desserts to choose from, there is something for everyone. The staff were very helpful and knowledgeable about which beers were vegan-friendly. I tried the banana flower fish and chips and it was delicious. Unfortunately, I forgot to take a picture! The staff were incredibly friendly and I will definitely be coming back again.
