"Leider müssen wir unseren letzten Serviceeinsatz als äusserst unangenehm bewerten. Unser Servicetechniker hat die Kaffeemaschine erfolgreich repariert, sodass sie wieder einwandfrei funktioniert. Anstatt sich darüber zu freuen, wurde unser Techniker jedoch vom Inhaber und seiner Frau auf unhöfliche und demütigende Weise behandelt. Statt die Leistung und den Erfolg der Reparatur anzuerkennen, versuchten der Inhaber und seine Frau, den Preis zu drücken und die Dienstleistung kostenlos zu erhalten. Dies führte zu langen und anstrengenden Diskussionen, bei denen unser Techniker ständig unter Druck gesetzt wurde. Ein solcher Umgang mit unseren Mitarbeitern ist für uns nicht akzeptabel und enttäuscht uns sehr. Wir legen grossen Wert auf einen respektvollen und fairen Umgang miteinander und erwarten dies auch von unseren Kunden. Wir hoffen, dass zukünftige Serviceeinsätze unter besseren Bedingungen stattfinden können."

"There are certainly more cozy restaurants in the area... But I haven 't eaten Italian that well for a long time and thanks to the host you really have the feeling of sitting in Italy every now and then. But to the details: The greeting from the kitchen in the form of bruschette already increases the anticipation of the courses to come. A few basil leaves would have rounded it off for my taste. I chose the “Insalata Mista” with the typical Italian dressing, just like Italians should. Here, too, it wasn 't just the usual, dark red mush from the wholesaler, but a really great, genuine Italian salad dressing on a stately salad. Plus fresh, warm pizza rolls! The subsequent pizza (in my case a Mamma Mia with extra anchovies) was able to perfectly satisfy the now high demands. Not round with an even, circular edge like fresh from the factory. Also no greasy layer of oil that drips from the sagging, limply baked tip when eating, but a hand-made, well-topped and crispy baked pizza, which you can also see from its shape that it was freshly made. The dough recipe alone is worth a visit to the Edelweiss. We skipped the coffee due to the advanced hour. But what is a visit to an Italian without a glass of grappa or limoncello offered before you go home...?! This is also available at the Edelweiss! All in all a nice restaurant with friendly staff and real Italian cuisine! Food: 5 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 3"

"Sehr gutes Essen, habe jetzt einmal Dönerteller mit Pommes und Pizza Bestellt beides absolut Lecker ; macht weiter so ich Besuche euch öfter Ergänzung. 4 Sterne Weg Das Essen schmeckt zwar gut nur habe ich bemerkt dass das Fleisch nie am Grill gegrillt wird sondern auf eine Platte angebacken wir. Beim Dönerimbiss will ich frisch gebratenes Fleisch vom Drehgrill sonst is das ein absolutes nogo für mich. Ich werde jetzt noch einmal Hingehen in den nächsten Wochen wenn dies wieder so ist war ich das letzte mal dort."

"It said 12.90 for a pizza. The bill suddenly came to 16.90 Service was also very poor, we asked for extra sauce and he said come forward and get it yourself. They don't accept Twint even though we asked them. I wouldn't recommend it"

"Wir wurden von Doris und Octavio, dem Wirteehepaar, sowie der Weinfachfrau herzlich willkommen geheissen, nachdem wir ein Gruss aus der Küche, Tostadita de queso fresco und Agua de horchata genossen hatten. Danach wurde uns ein Cerdo al pastor; Carpaccio von Schweinenierstück mit passendem Chateau Belot serviert. Zur Suppe probierten wir ein Riesling. Ensalada Milpa mit Cottagekäse, Tomaten, Zucchetti und Jalapeño-Chili-Sauce auf Erde von schwarzen Oliven, dazu ein Proseco. Zum 1. Hauptgang eine Entenbrust an einer Cashew-Chilisauce und ein Soñador Bobal. Zwischendurch ein Tamarindensorbet mit Chili und Mezcal, dazu ein Mezcal Alipus. 2. Hauptgang Filete de res Chilango mit einem Barbera d'Asti. Satt, aber ein Dessert hat immer irgendwo Platz, Carameltortilla, süsse Guacamole, Popcorn, Tortillaglace dazu ein Passito di Panteleria. Zum Abschluss wurde uns der mexikanische Brauch an Allerheiligen erklärt. Dieser Tradition zufolge gab es ein pan de muerto und eine heisse Schokolade. Es war wieder ein Abend mit verschieden Geschmackskomponenten, herzlichen Dank"
