En el restaurante podremos disfrutar de los ricos sabores de los productos de la tierra elaborados en la cocina por Javier que tiene un arte especial en los arroces, en concreto de setas y secreto ibérico esta espectacular. los tomates de la huerta aliñaos con el aceite de la almazara, el choto, el cordero, los quesos y todo regado con los mejores vinos del entorno en un ambiente especial y confortable, y si tenéis la suerte de hablar con Juan Miguel os quedareis absortos con su cultura flamenca, de guitarra y también de gastronomía."

"Viajábamos a Granada y paramos un rato en Guadix. Tomamos un menú del día y salimos muy satisfechos. Local bien decorado, temperatura agradable con el aire acondicionado, servicio rápido, camareros amables, comida generosa y platos muy bien cocinados. El restaurante está un poco escondido, pero merece la pena encontrarlo."

"Buen servicio y buen producto en una preciosa ciudad. Tomé las croquetas de puchero “del día anterior” que efectivamente tenían todo del día anterior, muy rico. De segundo una presa ibérica con mermelada de higos. De postre una tarta de queso que es más flan que tarta, pero rico. Muy recomendable."

"in a central and trafficless place we find the terrace of this place to which we arrive without any reference or spectacle but we are pleasantly surprised how well we eat and spend it. With a few tables on the street, we were fortunate to find a free one and to be treated quickly by a waiter who informed us of the tapas we had to choose with the drink, which if it was first a beer, we ended up drinking wine from the earth. the diversity of its offer allowed us to forget those tapas based on fritura and excess bread, and order light but equally delicious tapas. the detail of passing all the wine that serve in our cups by an air filter left us enchanted, by the care to give the best, and it is that apparently the wines of the region of guadix suffer from quantitative poses that with this parade are eliminated.
