"as a small in front, as an appetizer, I recommend in any case the samosas, these are filled teig bags that I could not eat anywhere else so delicious. The restaurant acts quite inconspicuous from the outside and you could go past it smoothly because it is located in the middle of the residential area. there is a small restaurant own parking and other parking spaces on the street. the ambiente is pleasant, colorful and somehow bollywood movie moderate. the menu is divided into different dishes ( lamb/beef/vehicle/vegetarian/ayurvedic). I myself had dressed rice with lamb in a sauce with spinat, it was very tasty, so you get white bread, best order the garlic bread. The price is slightly higher, but you forget after the first bite again directly and the portion is also more than sufficient. as a drink I had an Indian milk drink with banana taste also very delicious. Conclusion: the tadsch mahal is an authentic and atmospheric restaurant, tastefully at the very front and from the ambiente like a day in Mumbai. Can only recommend it."

wait until the food came 1.5 hours. the food was very lazy of taste. The sauce was very thin....it just didn't have the power as I actually used it from a top inder. it simply missed the typical Indian flavors. will not test it again or try. sorry.

on 11.11.16 I was once again imtadsch mahal in Aschaffenburg-Damm. it was as always tasty that wet and his family were nice and service oriented and we had a lot of pleasure. If you want to eat original Indian, you can do this here without regret!

We waited more than an hour for dinner. At this time the waiter came by exactly 2× (order, beverage delivery). No reorganization was possible at the dead corner of the room. After the endless waiting period, which is probably not due to freshness, but to lack of a kitchen organization, there were parts that were simply not fed and at terrible prices.

Since now more than 20 years I do not often visit this place but regularly.Warning times should be planned, after all this is not a fast restaurant. There were all these years small deviations in the preparation and taste, in no case a quality break. If I am on the way - also as a woman alone you feel here well, a small oasis of the city. To the owner, he was always polite, has his personal note what I also appreciate, simply authentic.

I was here with a colleague for lunch - we were amazed that we were the only guests in the local area. when we sat, we quickly realized why: it was lausekalt and there was no special lunch card. so the minutes were long and we were always colder until the dishes came: once cheeseballs in curry sauce and once cheese with spinat. the cheeseballs tasted more like flourballs - all of them eat on average and too expensive for the necessary.

I am fan of Indian cuisine and have visited some paints the tadsch mahal restaurant in aschaffenburg. the foods are delicious and also appropriate from the price. It must always be borne in mind that the Indian cuisine is very demanding from the seasons, and in no case is a cheap kitchen. my speciality was always the lamb dishes that were very tasty. to start you get a dish with crispy brot, also very tasty. the ambiente is typical Indian, I like very well. what I find in the restaurant very negatiw is the very pampty art of the host. I have seen some paintings over it, as the restaurant is the only Indian restaurant in aschaffenburg. but one day he told me from the restaurant with the found...

"The restaurant of the Landhotel Klingerhof two miles away, our base, was closed and the receptionist recommended the Old Church in nearby Haibach, a pretty village in the valley below. It was almost full, and that at 7pm on a Sunday evening - a good sign! The place looked quite authentic, an impression re-inforced by the realisation that many locals were eating there. A friendly young waitress brought us a quite extensive menu in German only and we opted for a carafe of what we were told was a dry white housewine at a moderate price whilst we perused it. Neither of us found the wine dry and it was exchanged for another one without fuss, this time dry. I opted for the onion soup. My wife wanted a small tuna salad as a starter and sensibly suggested we should order our main course later, having seen the size of portions on other tables. My steaming soup arrived first, served in a big bowl; just as well it was so hot that I had to wait because it took some time for her salad to arrive. A starter salad? It was enormous, very fresh and delicious!Outgoing diners had to pass our table and we noticed that nearly all had a ‘doggy bag’ – it seemed to be taken for granted that most would be defeated by the amount of food and cardboard boxes to take uneaten food home were provided as if it was a matter of course. Our first course would have been enough but I felt a bit guilty, ordered some more wine, then agreed with my wife that we would order a Wiener Schnitzel (her choice) to be shared between us. A large plate with two schnitzels, French fries and salad arrived. We just could not do the contents justice (the food tasted fine!) and managed to eat just about a quarter between us. I had to explain to the waitress that there was nothing wrong with the food – on the contrary – and she immediately asked if we wanted a box to take the rest with us, an offer we declined. For two sizable first courses, basket of bread, a gigantic main course and ¾ litres of a very acceptable house wine the bill came to 34 Euros!...This was quantity paired with quality at a give-away price!"
