"this happened on Saturday, December 3rd, 2022, at 17 o'clock to 7 o'clock. the food was ok. but what made it unbearable and uncomfortable was the setting of the manager / the hostess. from the minute we went, we felt as if our annoyance was undesirably and throughout our meal their attitude was shameful. there were errors made with the total cost of the meal we noticed and had to be adjusted twice. we were calculated almost 20 pounds more than the original amount. what we had to correct. with which the hostess/ manager asks for the full service fee. she was extremely rude and repulsive. ridiculous!"

Drinks didn’t arrive until we were half way through our mains. We asked 4 different people for tap water and then eventually got it.

Nice place to go but forgot bits of order and had to chase for drinks side order and bill. But was a pleasant evening staff were nice and will return

A good choice of tapas, wine a bit pricey but it was London. We had a nice booth as it was still early. I believe it gets very busy there. We would eat there again.

we had very bad service, the job was wrong, our waiter was very rude. also played on his phone. the set menu had not all items, but the cook would not vary for something else (also cheaper)! eating was simply thrown off on the table and when we started eating it, we were told it was taken away wrong anc again.

without doubt the worst culinary experience of my life. orders were wrong with at least four locations. Despite repeated ask for the meals that come together (and the assurance given that the food was ready) this never happened. neither female toilets could be used. one had no lock and the other had no toilet seat. an absolute scandal!

Ignored on arrival, about y members of staff walked past me with no acknowledgement. Took an age to be able to place an order for food or drink, some obvious items missing from menu, including no potatoes of any description. Took around 3 hours to have about 10 tapas dishes between our group as was impossible to get the attention of staff.

Drinks didn’t arrive until we had finished our food, although we asked for them three times. The table wasn’t laid with cutlery or napkins we had to keep asking for things and the staff were quite rude when asked. We waited a long time for our bill, and staff would avoid making eye contact. They were gathered around the till chatting and laughing rather than attending to the needs of customers on the floor. Wouldn’t dine here again due to the staff and lack of organisation.
