Got home and no salad in kebab but have to write 100 characters still got no salad even in 100 characters

We do not often have kebabs. Especially for delivery. It was very nice. We all had lots left over and enjoyed it. The delivery man wore a face mask and was quick and polite.

I would like to say thank you all Taste grail team. Very friendly, food fresh and delicious. Everything is tidy and clean. That is my favourite place to takeaway. Good service. Visualizza piatti

Attempted delivery order (only a mile away) an HOUR AND A HALF before close, online order only declined 30 minutes before close. If I had known at the time I would have ordered from an alternative takeaway. WASTE OF TIME

Can not believe the rude disrespectful behaviour tonight called for an order over the phone was confirmed delivery to my address on ordering then got a rude phone call saying we weren’t and there charging extra four pound if we want it not recommended

Out of the 10+ times getting food delivered from here 80% has involved a follow up call to get the bits they forgot to send. Bit of a pain. Final nail in the coffin is two pieces of hair or plastic in tonight’s effort. Good job I didn’t get the drink I ordered else I might have wash the strange addition to my food down. Had quite a few orders from here, both as walk in customer and via the website for delivery. Food is always delicious. Only once have I had an issue with ‘where is my food?!’ But it was resolved with a phone call and no drama. Please give an option for 2 sauces with the donor wraps and bring back white cabbage!! Keep up the great job

Appalling food. Ordered a chicken kebab, which according to their picture, looked lovely. Sadly, after waiting not very long worryingly, I took my order home to discover a grand total of 3 bits of chicken, a dry pitta, some limp lettuce and a spoonful of chili sauce and mayo. For £6. Now I see they have a food hygiene rating of 1. Poor.

Ordered food online to be delivered and called once I had ordered to confirm they had the order and would deliver. Ordered to arrive at 6:45 and called at 7:10 when it hadn’t turned up to be told it was want ordered to arrive until 7:30 which was a lie as I heard them talking in the background and when I first called to confirm order they told me it was booked for 6:45. Arrived just before 7:30 but a miserable woman who dropped and ran and wasn’t very pleasant. Food tasted nice but very disappointed with the service.
