"Looking for places near our Airbnb we found Taverna Toxotis and we were REALLY happy we did. The place is large and has lots of room. You never feel crowded in or the necessity to partake of your neighbors conversation. The food is excellent and...very authentic. Every employee in this Taverna is Greek so if you speak Greek you will feel right at home. In fact, English is not really helpful in this spot, you should speak German or Greek, or have a great translator with you. We LOVED the grilled octopus, the fava dip and the lamb chops. The Horiatiki salad was delicious, the veggies are vine ripe and fresh. Their tzatziki sauce is excellent too. Don't forget to order the Ouzo to go with your authentic meal, may I suggest a split of Ploutari Ouzo, its from Mytilini and in my opinion they make the best ouzo"

Went to this Taverna twice and both times I was impressed with the great food and service. Nicolas the server looked after us so well and was so attentive, he's a great asset to this restaurant

We visited this restaurant during Medica Expo. The place was full and crowded. But the waiter were doing everything to serve you fast whenever it was possible. We were a group of people. Of course at the beginning we had to wait a...little, but the result was perfect. Very tasty and nice dishes. Special compliments to the Chef and people working in the kitchen. Definitely a nice place to visit

An attentive and quick service was the first thing I noticed in the restaurant. On a cold day, the winter garden was sufficiently heated by special heaters. Beside the extensive normal menu and the menu of the day there is a special menu with inexpensive...lunch offers during the week. Many of the offered dishes are not found in other Greek restaurants, which is to be considered as very positive
