Food was very nice but service was very slow. We had a three course meal and was lovely, no problems with the food and good value for money.

Lovely evening, good choice of menu at a reasonable price. Food well presented and service good, staff were very attentive. Would highly recommend .

We were at Lea Marsden Hotel. When we were at our one-year stay, I wanted to book the other bar as thought it would be more child-friendly, but I realized this restaurant booked so went there, and so glad we did, fortunately our one year old was on his best behavior, but I could not believe how child-friendly they were. Even the food was delicious.

I made a reservation for 8 people on February 10th through OpenTable for my dad's birthday. However, due to a change in numbers, I called the restaurant directly to adjust the reservation. Unfortunately, the restaurant claimed that they had no record of our booking. The service and cooperation in resolving this issue were very poor, with no solution offered or apology given. If I had shown up with only 7 people for the reservation, it would have been a disaster. Booked through OpenTable for the 10th of February for 8 people this was for my Dad's birthday. Before the date we had a change in numbers and instead of adjusting through OpenTable I decided to call the restaurant directly. Having explained the problem, the restaurant responded that we never had a booking to begin with. The service and cooperation with dealing with this issue was very poor, no resolution was provided and no apology was given for this issue. Beautiful bar and great potential. However, bar staff were missing for 15 minutes to order a drink this was sitting in front of our restaurant 7:30. The restaurant has no ambience at all, the food is absolutely tiny and I ordered a takeaway when I came home. Quality is okay, but prices are crazy. Paid £98 for two courses and two drinks. My partner wanted a cocktail, asked for menu and they had no one. The waiter rolled out of a small list and they explained they were in a pitcher only, who ordered pitchers when leaving for a romantic meal?
