"This pub is truly delightful. We stopped in for an early dinner while passing through the area, and were pleased to find a family-friendly option in the vicinity. Despite it being a quiet evening, the atmosphere was warm and inviting, and the staff were exceptionally accommodating with our 3-year-old. If we ever find ourselves in the area again, we will definitely be returning to this hidden gem of a pub for dinner. We tried the razor plate, which was delicious, and all the other main courses looked equally enticing."

eat them with friends on a Tuesday night. can't blame. service was friendly, restaurant decoration is very tasteful, well-stocked bar and best of all individual mouthful eating was delicious. can not wait to return

The food at this restaurant is fantastic, and the staff is excellent. They provide very friendly and efficient service. On Wednesdays, there is a special deal for couples and friends at night, making it a great value for money. I always enjoy coming back and trying out other amazing dishes.

Firstly thank you to the Red haired lady for moving tables around and getting us by the stunning fireplace with a roaring real fire. Made my mums day alone. 2 starters, 6 Sunday roasts. 6 desserts all delicious. We all really liked the mini dessert with a hot drink offer, just the right size. A quaint pub in the sticks north of Minworth. Ample parking. Good service overall and was friendly. Excellent food. No issues and would recommend and revisit. The restaurant was decorated very nice. The mains and dessert were nice and the quantity was enough. The desserts could have been served warmer. When we got the bill, we were given another tables bill, which was corrected after. Overall I would rate this experience a 8.5 out of 10.

My fiancée and I frequent this restaurant often for lunch or a nice afternoon drink. Today, we stopped by after a wedding planning meeting to relax. We ordered our food and a kind gentleman brought us our utensils. He struck up a conversation with us and showed genuine interest in our day. Our meals arrived promptly and were delicious as always. I highly recommend this pub/restaurant and want to give a special thank you to the waiter who served us today.
