"05/08/2017. We booked for 8 people in the evening. surprised to see that we are placed on the terrace, without it being mentioned before. Ladies will have the right to be cold. Deplorable service I'm sorry but there's no other word. 3h to dine without taking dessert . the quality of the dishes goes from the very correct to catastrophic. the salt crust bar is presented to you a table a beautiful fish covered with big salt! (It’s not all that made this a salt-cuttered bar!), and we’ll meet with a pitiful piece of fish in the plate that can in no case be what was presented. The requested price is far from being related to the quality of the food and service. the aperitif was offered to us after the successive inconveniences. commercial gesture of the direction that did not contradict the remarks. Critical is easy, art is difficult. this criticism must be taken by the direction as a strong signal, to straighten the recognized negative points."

"small friendly restaurant that has existed for many years now. in the premises of an old pastry shop. premonitory ? mixed with a new management, always as well. welcome. unchanged map but the quality is at the appointment, the choice also for reasonable prices. Giant salads are delicious, always very fresh, fine tarts with a taste of the terroir, desserts, there are really many for all!Quick afternoon, quieter on Saturdays. possibility of small groups on the 1st floor.No doubt, a simple address to remember."

"8 of us went for a mid-week lunch and we all had mixed feelings about our meal. The 29€ had: foie gras a little under seasoned all be it well prepared and presented; prawns a "surf&turf", prawns were tasteless, under seasoned, with an undercooked cold boiled egg and 2 thick slices of bacon; all served with a strong garlic sauce. All very confusing and not particularly well executed nor tasty.As a main: 350g with 3 bone marrow and chips, way too much meat for a 3 course meal, the bone marrows were excellent and the meat tender. The sweetbreads were covered in garlic, cooked well all be it slightly under seasoned. The cod, was over cooked and risotto was tasteless.The desserts, galette was OK the sorbet was over sweet, the other dessert was a fondant au caramel which was excellent.Over all La Bagatelle offers a simple menu which is of good value for money but way too much food on the plate, not refined enough and easy too copious.I don't think we will return, the staff were friendly and helpful, and the restaurant itself is nice."

"We wanted to eat good fresh, well-served food. The contract is full! the choice in the menus and the map is important, quite a lot of well-crafted Lyon specialties. The quenelle was perfect. a small advice for the chef: dressage and some plates serve the dish. A little more finesse and effort on the presentation and it will be perfect."

"In this lovely simple restaurant, we were kindly received. Our drinks were rushed and then we chose a salad with goat cheese and oysters. Both were delicious of taste. As main dish musselling a la roquefort and an entrecote with fries. The Mussels warwn very small but fine of taste. The steak was perfectly grilled and delicious. Already with a fine meal for a fine price!"
