Great customer service if you want anything different from the menu they always accommodate (like no chicken just the sauce) and it always tastes slightly different (without loosing deliciousness) so everything must be made fresh in house. Kind of proud to have such a great restaurant in our city.

My family of four adults visited this restaurant. Normally a buffet establishment, this time we opted for the menu service. It was seamless and we enjoyed everything we ordered from the menu - fresh, delicious, and flavorful. Been to the Balti on quite afew occasions and was happy to realise that the Help Yourself All You Can Eat Buffet was back but unfortunately i have to say that the Selection of Dishes on offer was Very Basic in that there wasnt much in the way for Vegans other than Chickpea Masala, Burnt Onion Bajees and Lettuce with Cucumber and what looked like Beetroot at the Salad Bar, one of the Meat Dishes was just bone scraps with barely any meat on and unless you arrive early like upon opening they very rarely replenish the Dishes, we will not be returning as the Standards Have Definately Dropped

Came here with family and friends waited an hour for starters there was no condiments. When the starters come out they were burnt. They messed up our meal they forgot to bring us our nan breads then decided to bring our nan breads as we was leaving he tried giving us a bottle of alcohol an the house we said w didnt drink and he said he would let us have our drinks for free but then tried to argue with us told us to leave then one guy comes running after us and asks us for the money and told us to leave again. Very rude customer service this place use to be nice but it has dropped it standards.

After reading the recent reviews we were reluctant to visit, but after having a great meal about a year ago, we decided to chance it. The service was good. The food was good, tasty and regularly topped up. Starters of spring rolls, onion bhajis, poppadums with salads and sauces, naan bread. The mains selection wasn't so good the usual curries that you find on a buffet chicken jalfrezi, chicken tikka masala and chicken korma. It would have been nice to have something a bit different. Plain or pilau rice, bombay potatoes, tarka daal. There was also mutton curry, but that wasn't nice at all. For sweet, there was profiteroles, melon, rice pudding ? . Mon Thurs £12.95. This was my second visit, and my gosh have the standards dropped after singing there praises to my family who came down we had a terrible experience the lamb was just pure bone I wouldnt even feed it to the dog! Curries was poor standard and sloppy when spoke to staff about this they just looked blanked and shrugged there shoulders as if to say not my problem no help whatsoever demanded the full bill after a while they finally agreed to take a poxy £10 off not even one buffet price he kept coming up with excuses and blamed the butcher for there being no meat on the bones admant as thats how it comes and complanied because they was busy poor staff and deffo wont be coming again avoid very ups...

My family of 7 went to this restaurant so that the young kids could try something new. We were concerned about going on a Friday during peak times. The food was tasty but the selection was lacking. The quality was fine, but there were limited options to choose from. We felt sorry for the young assistant as the kitchen staff seemed to be below standard. There were only 3 curry options and 2 dried out rices. They were out of popadoms, chips, and Nan breads. The onion bhajis seemed old and nothing was refreshed during the hour we were there at 6:30. It was disappointing, especially since we have visited this restaurant multiple times in the past. We may not return until there are better options...

4 of us went on 3 June 2022, polite service, but the rest was all down hill from pre Covid-19’s. For a Buffett, all the available dishes should be fresh and filled. Starters , we were the only 4 in there to start, no onion bajies, no nan bread, no Dahl, only a bit of burnt curry in a few of the containers. We had a vegetarian with us, only Dahl not ready); chicpeas, no vegetable curries. The rice dishes very little in the containers and not fresh), there were a few Asian customers? not sure), they were filming the dishes and touching the food … not good).
