"The Beach Pavillion at Llanfairfechan has a respectable choice of classic dishes. It is cheap and cheerful, always busy. Extremely efficient staff up front and in the kitchen. I had a splendid made-on-order BLT sandwich £4.90) with chunky chips £3.20) and a Diet Coke at £1.30. Coming to the grand total of £9.45. The time between the placing of the order and leaving with a full and happy tummy was 15 minutes. No parking to pay. And it is on the promenade with a lovely view."

I wish I had read the reviews first. Oven chips and instant coffee. Filthy tables and a mouse in the toilet. Yuk.

Proper cafe breakfast. Able to swap items if not wanted for no extra. They do not scrimp on size of plate either always very full after eating here. Biscoff donut cake is best one there… worth a try. Staff are friendly and always smiling.

This is a traditional café, absolutely brilliant. It's just like being at home. No opening if those tiny fiddly sachets of sugar, salt, pepper, vinegar, or sauces, just put it in as you like. A fabulous breakfast at a fabulous price. My wife and I keep coming back. For the people who say it's dated, so are castles but you don't moan about them. That's why this place is so good. It takes us back to a better time.
