We visited on our way through the area, it’s a lovely pub and very welcoming staff. The food was absolutely brilliant and we really enjoyed our visit. We’ll definitely be back soon

Lovely staff, but rude people with dogs and children just spoil it. And white lines in the car park are totally ignored. The pub is great let down by their customers I will call again

I had a wonderful experience at this charming pub/restaurant. The staff was very attentive, the food was fabulous, and the atmosphere was great. I will definitely be returning when the weather improves to enjoy the garden and canal.

My husband and I went for New Year’s Eve dinner at 7pm. The service was outstanding. The food was hot and presented lovely. There was some background music too. Lovely atmosphere. Thankyou to all the staff that worked there New Year’s Eve!

Had a very enjoyable lunch on the terrace. Was blowing a gale....but never the less was nice to be outside and watch the watercraft go up and down the canal. Its such a tranquil spot with million pound views. Great place to dock and have a spot of lunch or dinner.

Went for a 21st birthday.staff were really helpfull. Ordered £170 worth of food and drink. Chicken burger went back because it was very overcooked,two burgers were very well cooked and almost went back. Rest of food was ok but nothing amazing. All in all not as good as it should have been.

I visited here this evening with my family , We had one waiter that said it was his first day starting there , I want to say what a fabulous young man he was how well his service was he did an amazing job attending to our table for food drinks, The food was amazing service perfect Will be visiting again Thank you the boat house
