The Bosphorus Bistro

Four of us dined here for evening meal. The service was great and friendly. The food was absolutely delicious! It is now one of our favourite places to dine in.

Booked a table for our 3rd wedding anniversary. When we arrived, we were greeted by the owner, who was really friendly. Once seated, service was quick, the food was absolutely outstanding. The restaurant was spotlessly clean.

I recently returned to this restaurant after a few months and was delighted to find that the food, service, and atmosphere were just as amazing as during my previous visits. We will definitely be returning again soon. I highly recommend this restaurant. Visualizza piatti

We had a lovely meal this evening at the Bosphorus. We were made to feel welcome by the staff. Food was fresh and delicious, great spanakopita! The service from the waiter was friendly and polite. Our little boy really enjoyed himself too! Would recommend

I recently witnessed a female staff member throw her cigarette butt on the ground outside of the restaurant. It's disappointing to see a local business show such disrespect for our town center. It should be common knowledge that littering is not a good look for your establishment.

My family and I went back to this charming restaurant, this time with a total of five people. Our meal was fantastic as usual, and the service was exceptional. Avoid at all costs. Having ignored the food hygiene rating of 1 in the hopes of getting good food, I was bitterly disappointed when my gyros arrived cold. The gyros is not a gyros, merely a cold, tortilla wrap with chicken, chips and salad inside. I rang the restaurant in an attempt to rectify their poor food and service, only to be met by them blaming the cold food on Just Eat and their delivery driver. Over priced, poor food. Never will I use this restaurant again.

Been to this place several times and usually had a good meal. However on this occasion…. We booked a table weeks ago, confirming our booking a few hours beforehand. On arrival on the arranged date/time was told our table wasn’t ready and to come back in 20 minutes. I gave them my number to call us just in case it was ready any earlier. After 35 minutes we returned to then be told they didn’t know when the table would be ready! The owner wouldn’t even come and speak to us; leaving it to two young girls who were waiting on. No apologies or anything. I found this to be shocking service and probably won’t return. Shame!

Booked for three people for a family meal. Two other tables already served, so our order was taken promptly and first of the 'not available ' messages. No draft beer. Ordered starters and main courses and waited the customary times then waiter came to announce that selected starter of calamari was not available. After starter but before main courses were served waiter announced 'cash only ' as card machine was not working, which meant one of our party had to go to the cash machine. One main course chosen was subsequently announced as not available. Offered the dessert menu but waiter told us only one item was available or ice cream, but only vanilla.
