Botany Bay - Piatti

Stayed for 2 nights a few weeks ago, we had a great time and have booked again for a mini break later this year. Great walks along the coastline, staff very friendly and the rooms are comfortable and nicely decorated. Breakfast was great plenty of selection and a cooked breakfast too.

It's a special place (looks newly refurbished). But had a long wait for a really basic order and the pub wasn't that full. I guess it might he under staffing due to bank holiday. This place is kid friendly (loads of high chairs). They are also dog friendly, met two beautiful dogs there.

This is the second time we have stayed here. We had a dual aspect room with balcony and amazing views. All the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. We had dinner in the restaurant on both nights and the food was delicious. I can highly recommend the scallops. Breakfast was very filling and there was a good selection of choices. Beautiful sea view room with balcony. Clean, with all the facilities you need. Staff were extremely friendly and attentive. The lady on reception was warm and welcoming, waiting staff were busy but still chatty and accommodating. Food was a good standard. Location is great for a quiet stay but a short drive to nearest town. Had a fabulous stay and would highly recommend.

This spacious pub and restaurant, which also offers accommodations, boasts a fantastic location with beautiful views of the bay. The food was delicious; my fish and chips were a generous portion and quite enjoyable. While the prices were on the higher side, the service was friendly, though a bit slow at times. They have a great kids' menu. I didn’t try the beer, but they had the standard Shepherd Neame selection. Overall, it’s a lovely spot for lunch.

This hotel is impeccably clean and well-managed, with outstanding staff throughout, particularly Laura at Reception and Danni Jack in the evening restaurant. Positioned right on the cliff top, the hotel boasts a bar and dining room for breakfast, all offering stunning sea views. We stayed in Room 301, a spacious family room with lovely dual aspect sea views. It was very well-equipped, warm, quiet, and comfortable. The food at both breakfast and dinner was of excellent quality and beautifully presented. Overall, we had a fantastic stay and would definitely recommend this hotel to our friends and return ourselves.

Where the Hotel is situated is stunning. The most beautiful view. Dinner was tasty. Room was clean and well decorated. Think it might be an old building as there wasn’t any sound proofing, you could clearly hear the person in the next room. Hospitality tray well stocked but it was a big disappointment there was no milk provided, I get it’s an environmental issue but the last thing I want to do at 7 in the morning is have to go down to reception searching for milk in my pyjamas. Breakfast was not the best, very small indeed, 2 teaspoons of beans and half of a scrambled egg (when I’d asked for a fried one). Undercooked bacon. Best thing on the plate was the potato rosti. HOTEL- great, quiet location. Really lovely staff at the front desk. Meticulously clean. Bed was comfortable. Fresh semi-skimmed milk is available. Room could have benefited from a fridge and AC during heatwaves. In late June, the room was cool in the evening with the windows cracked open, but this also meant the room wasn’t totally dark. RESTAURANT Lovely location and setting. No tables available inside due to a group booking. Outside has no service- you have to get your own menus and cutlery, find a table and then go to order at the bar. However, when we visited it wasn’t too busy so this wasn’t too much of an issue.
