I had great hopes, but they were disappointed. the sashimi is incredibly badly cut, the rolls have taste and texture combinations that do not work, service is intrusiw. I had no nice time.

Overall, we had a fantastic experience and really enjoyed the unique fusion of Japanese and Peruvian cuisines. The service was excellent, although there was a slight delay when we requested the bill at the end. My friend thought the drinks were a bit heavy, but the food was wonderful. When you visit, be sure to "push for pisco"! It was amazing!

The location is great, and the staff is quite helpful. While the dishes sound appealing at first glance, the execution and some flavor combinations are disappointing, especially given the price. I didn't end up sitting at the counter, possibly due to some confusion about whether I had made a reservation for just myself or for two people. This led to a bit of additional confusion, as the staff was waiting to take my order until my date arrived! :D However, the food was excellent, and aside from that one slightly accusatory question about my reservation (I promise, I booked it for one), the service was fantastic.
