"I had the misfortune of dining at the restaurant located within the Dolphin Hotel during my stay. The breakfast I had can only be described as terrible - the ingredients were cheap, including frozen sausages, cheap hash browns, overcooked eggs, reheated beans, and stale grains. The presentation of the food was inconsistent, with some days being better than others. I have had better breakfasts at transport cafes in terms of both quality and presentation. I also found the chili as a bar snack to be bland, tasting more like a light minty dish with kidney beans. Those eating in Eyemouth would be better off going to bars on the other side of the city, where they offer a much more delicious selection of food."

This is a lovely place would definitely recommend if your in Eyemouth.Nicely furnished and clean and the food was lovely especially the white chocolate,cherry and coconut slice.Customer service was brilliant.

The food was lovely, I had the smaller portion of scampi and wish I had gone for the normal size as it was delicious. My Husband and Children all enjoyed their food also and the gentleman who served us could not have been nicer. Will definitely be back. 5 stars for food and service.

We discovered the Cove on our final day in Eyemouth and we wish we had found it earlier! The food was absolutely delicious, the atmosphere was welcoming, and we truly appreciated the effort made to accommodate our vegan and gluten-free dietary needs. Thank you very much! We will definitely be returning the next time we visit Eyemouth.
