Very friendly place very welcoming lovely food, Sundays they have a Roast I had Turkey with all the trimmings the beef ribs are great too!

Absolutely outstanding. The service, value for money and ambience but most of all the FOOD is to die for. Already recommended it to everyone and will definitely be back. Thanks SO much!!

Family party. Food was beautiful (still dreaming about the pie) and service was excellent, especially for a Saturday. I could eat the sticky toffee pudding every day. Nice atmosphere too.

Friendly welcome and seated quickly. Our drinks order was taken and delivered fairly quickly. After a brief wait our food order was taken a sharing starter and main meal each. The starter arrived quickly however we did wait some time for our main which wasn’t too much of an issue as some places are bringing your main out before you’ve even finished your starter. My order of salmon fish cakes was slightly over cooked as the fish didn’t fall apart as expected and was a little dry and the poached egg was overcooked with no runny yolk. Party of 15 booked for festive menu on Boxing Day. We tried to cancel the booking to party of 13 as 2 elderly family members were ill. Tried for 2 weeks prior but no one answered the phone! 10 of the 13 diners on the day found the food to be of extremely poor quality (3 course menu and at least 2 courses were really bad, poor turkey (looked and felt wet) and salmon quality (had a funny taste and texture), not to mention steak was more fat and grizzle than steak.
