"Next time someone is running late and has a reservation please clearly state that you are closed at a certain time, i came all the way afterwork and my friend came from Reading so we had not made a plan B as I was under the assumption my researvation was jotted down as a late reservation arrival and would be seated upon arrival. Was disappointed as we were looking forward to it"

The food is delicious but the prices are exorbitant. While it's understandable that we're dining at Harrods, it feels like we're paying more for the location than for the quality of the food. It's not worth it.

I had the brill fish and chips at this restaurant. The fish was delicious, but the batter was very hard. I later found out that it was gluten free, which I did not want. The chips were also similar in quality. The price was too high. If I had been back in Devon, I could have eaten a much better meal for half the price. Overall, it was a big disappointment.
