The charming little building created a cozy atmosphere, and they were kind enough to accommodate us and our dogs in a quiet area, even though it wasn't too crowded. service is great. it's a bit crazy in vacation time, but the staff is good. opentable booking works well. - where isn't ambleside? the toilets leave the place down, they are grim.

I had a pleasant experience with a good portion size, and my order arrived in a reasonable amount of time. The pub was cozy, especially with the fireplace. I will definitely return.

Always an enjoyable evening at the Flying Fleece. Great food (Sunday roast is to die for) service and atmosphere are excellent. Live music from the amazing Fiona on a Sunday evening makes this a place not to be missed.

The restaurant offered three different menus, but cocktails were only listed on a board next to the bar, not on the drink menu. The staff did not inform us about the various food menus and specials, which resulted in both of us ordering dishes that we didn't enjoy. Additionally, the selection of vegetarian options was quite limited.
