Historic property, with modern suites. They lack an elevator, but staff is capable and willing. The bar and restaurant feel like being in a private home. Great convenient neighborhood.

What else do you want with life, fantastic surroundings, fabulous decor, you walk into an historical venue which gives such a warm feeling in your heart, thank you so much for being there?

The other poor reviews say it all. Poor food, completely inattentive and disinterested staff, absolutely no atmosphere. Save your money, go buy a bottle of fizz and some sandwiches from the local supermarket and sit and eat them somewhere else. Visualizza piatti

This is a private club that lets rooms on an ad hoc basis. Not a large premises by any means and a bit of a climb to the top...though help was offered but madly declined. Rooms are compact but clean and fine. There is a bar which is well stocked and a small dining lounge area. Breakfast is very good indeed.....world call bacon sandwich cooked to order was perfect. The staff that run the Fox Club are really happy to oblige. A nice little bolt hole.

If you’re looking for something a bit different, a private club with great accommodation in simply the best location in London then this is it. The Fox Club staff make everyone feel at home, as if this was your private residence in Mayfair!!! A short walk to some of the best restaurants. A slightly longer walk- or a very short tube ride- to theatre land. Piccadilly right on your doorstep. Literally!! Exceptional value for money!! Shirley and the team get it just right. We will return!

Well, what can I say? Yet again The Fox Club has exceed my expectations. Not only are the staff friendly and go out of their way to accommodate , but the food is delicious! I ordered the crab for first course and then the Lobster for mains... they were cooked to perfection and must say, it is clear that the chef takes great pride in his dishes and really want to say a big thank you. I have never had a less than excellent meal here and would highly recommend The Fox Club to all who would like to enjoy a great meal in an elegant environment, but most of all be part of a very exclusive private members club in the heart of Mayfair. Cozy, informal and friendly bar, very good service. Boutique style hotel, atmosphere of a private club, which it IS in addition to renting out rooms. You will need to climb stairs so keep that in mind. Bar manager also acts as on duty manager of hotel. Dont expect large, modern room. Location near Green Park underground; convenient. Tub very high from ground and a bit hard to climb in and out of, but nice bathroom with WINDOW which I loved. If you are reasonably fit, this is a nice place to stay. Bar on ground floor attracts locals which is nice. Friendly and helpful staff, day and night. Provided teabags for our room whenever we asked for them, for example. Construction meant a bit of noise...

The Fox Club is a regular lunch haunt for me, and it never fails to deliver. The food made by the chef here is much better than meals I have eaten in many other private members clubs. The chef at the Fox is exceptional at cooking fish dishes to perfection. Although, on this occasion I elected to have the beef ragu with risotto to banish all thoughts of the icy sleet, and cold outside. With a ragu that was tender and just melted in the mouth, a risotto cooked just right, I was blissfully happy with my choice. A great internet find, the Fox Club is a small Mayfair-based boutique hotel just off London’s Piccadilly. We stayed just one night but I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend the Fox Club as your base for a longer trip to the UK’s capital. I do however have just one caviat... if you struggle with stairs you might look elsewhere! We stayed in room 7, it is a short but worthwhile climb! Our room was clean, spacious and had charm. The bathroom was classically-styled and very nice. We had a bath with a very good shower. On the ground floor there is a nice bar and very stylish and cozy lounge area where breakfast is served.
