I had asked the staff to bring us a birthday plate for my friend on arrival. It took ages to order a drink and no birthday plate ever arrived. Bit disappointing. Lots of staff but constantly had to holler for attention.

I was expecting much more from out time there. My girlfriend and I went for a meal with friends, saw the pictures online and thought it would be nice, but the staff were quite slow and the vegetarian options were pretty poor. Tip, don't order the artichoke hearts, they're definitely not worth the wait or price.

like the speed here, especially as the bar did two offer for a cocktail, but they no longer offer them on a Saturday. this was disappointing, as this is one of the reasons why we liked this barely. they had not removed this offer from their website when we had our table reserved (7 people at the end) pity, cash bill much higher, but we had another nice time. We used to love spending time at this restaurant, especially because they used to offer two for one cocktails at the bar. Unfortunately, they no longer have this offer on Saturdays. This was disappointing for us as it was one of the main reasons we enjoyed going to this restaurant. They did not update their website to reflect this change when we made a reservation for our group of seven. Despite the higher bar bill, we still had a pleasant experience.

I have made a reservation online, a quiet eckish requested, but sitting in the middle of the bar. as far as I could see that no one else had reserved a table, they simply went in and still sit my special question (because of a hearing impairment) had been ignored. it was overcrowded so they couldn't move us. the waiter languages limited English and did not understand what we asked from the menu! They came as rude and dismissed. we did not eat anything because it was too difficult to actually order! would not recommend and would not return.
