The Grilled Cheese Factory Bastille

I know this is not an authentic French restaurant, but it is definitely worth the trip. The menu has many good choices for a gourmet grilled cheese. I had the veggy, and it was delicious.

I went to this place with my friends when I visit Paris...It was the best grilled cheese of my live till now...it is delicious...the staff is also really friendly and is really near to Sacre couer... I recommend this place!!!

We arrived. No one were eating in the restaurant. Only the employees on client table were joking around. They finally get our order. At the middle of our meal, they begin to clean, put the chairs on the tables, and cut the music ! We were clearly pushed out. I do not recommend this place.

We accidentally landed here while looking for a subway outlet for our vegetarian food requirement. The host was too warm helpful and pleasant, ambience was great and the mac and cheese samdwiches were amazing.we would recommend this to everyone visiting Paris.we wish the team all the best.Dr Nishank Mittal and family.Delhi.India

The workers were very kind so I hesitate to leave such a bad review. The food was quite greasy with an odd smell. I am not sure what type of oil was used, but my daughter and I both had indigestion later. What a shame. We were expecting a grilled cheese sandwich with brie on french bread. After having climbed the stairs at Sacre Coeur Basilica we needed a place to sit and recharge. Found it at the Grilled Cheese Factory. We ordered the cheese and pepper sandwich and split one sandwich between the two of us. My wife ordered a Coke and they brought our sandwich and drink to our table in the back room after a 15 minute wait.We had plenty to eat and the flavor was great and staff was very attentive.

I have been living in Paris for almost 2 years now and every time I go to a new restaurant that says it makes some authentic American dish it is always a big fail. That is NOT the case with The Grilled Cheese Factory. We just happened upon it after shopping and what a treat it was. Their 'Fabrication Authentique' Grilled Cheese was indeed just that - authentic. Perfectly grilled bread with mouth watering melted cheese. This is a great place for tourists, expats longing for a taste of home or anyone else who wants to experience a real American Style grilled cheese sandwich.

Having visited Grilled Cheese factory on a Sunday at 15:30, I expected my meal to get to me fairly fast this not exactly being a peak time. I had been here once before and the 5-10 minute wait was tolerable for a quality freshly prepared meal. However this time the staff were different and whilst looking very cool with tattoos, baseball caps, rings on every finger and chequed hipster shirts, did not seem to care much for their job. After making my order I sat down and watched as several sandwiches were prepared and placed in the pans, after 25 minutes I expected the one of those in the pans to be for me when I heard the female chef ask her manager and colleague "It's for who the goat's chees...
