"The rooms are beautiful, I stayed in room 5 which had been recently redecorated with calming colors and a comfortable bed. Nearby activities include a 3000 year old painting on the ground at the White Horse, a nice hike with great views when the weather is good. The menu is excellent with delicious food, my compliments to the chef! The owners are lovely people, very approachable and always ready to help. They have hearts of gold."

"Recently spent a wonderful two weeks nearby and had the opportunity to visit this charming pub several times! Our group absolutely adored it and even participated in the Thursday night quiz. The curry here is absolutely fantastic! I can guarantee I will be back. The average price per person is between £20-30, and the food, service, and atmosphere all received a perfect rating of 5. Highly recommended dishes include the Beef Burger, Fish and Chips, Hamburger, Pie of the Day, and the Roast Beef."

The restaurant was reasonably busy, but the service(I used the app) was prompt, and the food was hot and enjoyable. "This is the second time here, and again a very good meal served by excellent staff. The first time was a few months back we had steak and chips was great and that prompted the 2 of us to book for our family meal for 6 on Sunday. Koftas to start for a few, and Whitebait for another, whilst i had Halloumi. Means was a mixture of Roast Turkey (and when they say all the trimmings they mean it, the best Yorkshire by far, Pigs in Blankets and Carrot Mash, Red Cabbage and Sprouts), Roast Beef for a few others whilst i had Pork Belly, Mash and Red Cabbage. For deserts we had Christmas Pudding and some had Raspberry Brulee Some lager, and Real Ale and all in all a well spent £163.90 Certainly would eat here (more) regularly bar the fact that it is just about 2 hours drive.. But, many thanks we had a great meal"

"We had an incredible experience at the College Farm today, as we always do. The staff is outstanding—ever since the new management took over, they have been exceptionally welcoming and friendly. The food is fantastic and much improved compared to before. Overall, the entire pub has seen significant enhancements. One of the best features is that we are allowed to bring our dogs, and the staff even goes the extra mile to cater to them. The service is top-notch, as the staff consistently strives to provide the best for their guests. Kudos to the management for their amazing work; there are lots of exciting plans for the near future, including various family events. This truly is the best pub in the area!"
