booked last minute getaway, had such a lovely time, staff were absolutely amazing , even manager was welcoming. breakfast was just like home made. really cant fault it! definitely going back again.

Lovely food, very good price and very nice evening friendly staff. We stopped on the way through as the exterior looked nice, worried the food would be overpriced but it wasn't. The kids food was delicious too. Would highly recommend.

I was here only 30 years ago on the business and it was a pleasure to return for a leisure weekend stay and found it as charming and welcoming as I remembered it! well to see a young person wearing his call for a good customer service. Having just returned from five wonderful days at the Horseshoe Inn, I can thoroughly recommend this beautiful place. Mariya and Gareth along with their wonderful team of staff make you so very welcome and the food is absolutely amazing. Really looking forward to returning in the very near future. My wife and I absolutely love this restaurant! It's about a 20-minute drive from our home, but the trip is always worth it for a lovely dinner or drinks, especially on beautiful days when we enjoy dining in the garden. The staff is friendly and helpful, the food is delicious, and there’s plenty of variety to choose from. This is definitely our favorite pub, and we will always return!

Had our wedding reception here 1st June 18, fabulous venue and the staff were lovely. Stayed 2 nights. Only complaints are that the cooked breakfast wasn't that great and a lack of plates, cups ect on both days and only one person waitresing so struggled to deal with the demands as the hotel was full and restaurant very busy. Also the garden out the back was a right mess unit I mowed the grass and swept up all the rubbish myself. New owners need to invest a bit more cash and staffing and it'll be awesome. We made a last-minute booking through Expedia and arrived within an hour. The room was small but comfortable, equipped with all the necessary amenities. We were very impressed. The black shell dish was excellent, and the chef even prepared something special at my partner's request. The cheeseboard was the best I’ve ever had! Breakfast was fantastic as well; I opted for the eggs benedict, and the hollandaise sauce was delicious. I would prefer a slightly better quality sink, but at £100 for a three-course dinner, with two guests, it was a great value overall.

Our room was comfortable, cozy, and impeccably clean, with a spotless bathroom. We enjoyed the most exquisite dinner in the evening, with a staff that was incredibly friendly and welcoming once again. They even managed to keep the surprise that my mother had covered our meal a secret until we went to pay. Breakfast the next morning was amazing and very satisfying. Maria must have been exhausted from her shift the night before, but she welcomed us back with a bright smile. Nothing seemed to be too much trouble for her. Thank you for a wonderful stay! This charming place is definitely somewhere we plan to revisit, and it has been added to our list of favorite spots (which is saying a lot s...
