Lovely cosy pub with a very interesting menu. The food was beautifully cooked and great value. Attentive staff, good wine selection and great cocktails. Treats for the dogs too. Thank you for a lovely evening.

We were staying just up the road from The Mousetrap and visited three times. Excellent food, Sunday lunch is fabulous. Friendly service, great atmosphere. Well worth a visit. Would definitely recommend. Service: 5 Location: 5

Had a couple of pints and dinner here, landlord was charming and the food was very tasty, we went on curry night which was very tasty! They're also one of the only pubs to serve a decent selection of local ales and lagers! The Cotswalds lager was great!

We visited the Mousetrap on a few occasions whilst staying locally on holiday. The owners and staff were very welcoming, great service, good choice of drinks and the food was amazing!! Our dogs were also very well looked after!! Definitely worth a visit if you’re passing, thoroughly recommended

Absolutely beautiful, quaint and quirky pub. Excellent food; adventurous menu. Great selection of gin. A beautiful inn throughout with thoughtful decor. We were lucky to have a lovely room in stableblock . It was compact but full of character and charm and had everything we needed. We were very comfortable and made to feel welcome. All the staff were very helpful and friendly. We will be returning. The inn is a short walk from the main village centre and we needed to park a little way away, which might be a consideration for some.

DO NOT RECOMMEND. The reviews about the very slow service are no joke. Made a lunch booking for 12pm for my mum 's birthday. Arrived promptly at 12 (we were the 2nd party to be waiting outside the restaurant as they weren 't ready at 12). Fine, it happens. Was seated, got our drinks fine. Got our starters and they forgot the bread for the soup. And then we noticed it started getting busy. However, an hour and a half later we still didn 't have our mains and the tables around us who were seated after us had finished their starters and main by this point. The guy at the bar admitted that this was unacceptable so we just paid for our starter and drinks and left. No don 't worry, drinks on the h...
