"Mmmmmm. Used to be a really good Sunday roast before COVID. Went in a while back , last month and have to say. While the portion size is good,the veg was a huge disappointment, I’d almost say lazy cooking. Potatoes were warm, meat was hot, veg was just. disappointingly boring and like they had just scaped together what was left in the fridge, and it was warmish, but not hot. Service was great, but not good enough to get you back. The price is high, if the quality is there then would be worth it. I actually had a much better Sunday roast two weeks before in Middletons! Guess I’ll head elsewhere till the quality improves."

This restaurant is a fantastic spot for enjoying a meal and a few beers. The service is top-notch, the meal options are perfect for lunch, and the prices range from £10 to £20 per person. The food, service, and atmosphere all receive a perfect score of 5.

So if you have a birthday in December you cant just book a normal table with the normal menu, you have to have a Christmas themed set menu! Its not a works do! 7 people will be going somewhere else unfortunately. Shame as we normally love going to The Siege House
