"so visited today to treat mama for Mother's Day to the afternoon tee and unfortunately the experience was badly displayed by the busiest I have ever seen. afternoon I would think is a pretty simple and uncomplicated thing to prepare ie a tower. of pre-ground sandwiches and cakes and pots of tee allround..easy they would think, but oh no! grew up and was served tee without pot to top) in tiny sauces without food. when we waited 15 minutes for the towers of food, we had all drunk our tee, but no offer of refilling so we sat without eating something to wash the food. I had to ask for replacement tea that came this time without saucer, no teaspoons and tee bags in the cup still. the towers of eating came without suitable cutlery to cut the scones. there were triflins in bullet glasses and we got huge dessert spoon that do not fit into the glass to eat it. some had paid extra for a cocktail and they forgot to serve, so we had to ask. plus points personal were polite and eating was delicious, but it was a embarrassing bad display for £20 per head and took the glamour from the afternoon."

I had a great night celebrating my birthday with friends at a cocktail making class. Our bartender, Joe, was fantastic and kept us entertained with games and jokes. We all had a fantastic time and I would definitely recommend this experience.

we celebrated our beautiful friends birthday with cocktail creation and it was brilliant, we have so laughed. joe was our bartender for the occasion and he was excellent at what he did, he managed all 9 loud and sister women with ease. Kept...we all committed and kept our attention with his ability behind the bar also playing, challenging and sweating. I would recommend it to everyone.

During our stay at the Comfort Inn next door, we decided to try out the restaurant. On Friday night, my husband ordered the fish and chips which were delicious and fresh. I also tried some and found it to be very tasty. The next night, we went back and ordered the Caesar salad (an extra 4 each if chosen as a main course). I splurged on a passion fruit daiquiri at 7.95 per shot, but was disappointed to find it was mostly ice with very little alcohol. The waitress brought another round without our order, claiming it was free.
