We sat near the window, which made our food photos bright, but the background and our faces ended up looking quite dim, giving them the appearance of being taken at night."

The food was excellent, but the atmosphere was lacking and it was quite chilly in the pavilion. They close around 4 PM, so I don’t think they should accept reservations after 2:30 PM, as we were asked to leave!

My young daughter and I had a wonderful afternoon tea! The wait staff were all so kind and accommodating and we felt so welcomed. The menu looks fantastic so we plan to come back and have another meal next time we’re in London.

We had a great time and would highly recommend this for a romantic lunch. Too many tourists taking photos of themselves w the palace in the background or people treating their little kids to tea but overall a great experience We had lunch not tea, my haddock cakes were great as were my wife’s gnocchi

Lovely atmosphere for a really nice afternoon tea. Good value compared to other places and where better than on the grounds of Kensington Palace. I didn’t like the forced gratuity on the bill as the service I felt could have been better but never the less highly recommended for the price and quality.

Boring ambience with great views. Unambiguous service, slow. Genuine afternoon tea ceremony with tea bags that are not even labeled and all taste the same, no way to put the tea bag after removal from the card... Really a sad experience. The only praiseworthy were the bargains, they tasted delicious, but in no case justified the completely overpriced price!!!
