I come here occasionally hoping that someone will get a good grip of the kitchen but my steak pie was very short on steak and the pastry topping was not great. On my last visit a couple of years ago, I felt short changed with the chicken tikka that was short on meat. I expect I will try again in a couple of years or so just because it's my local"

Went to the Thursday coffee morning for a business meeting. Coffee was excellent and was complemented by homemade cake. Great idea to bring the community together. Lovely atmosphere, thank you

Be here a couple of times just for a drink. Had seen the carvery and thought we would bring my mother in law for mothers day. The carvery was fantastic. 3 choices of meat and a great selection of vegetables. The meat portions were generous and the meal was hot and tasty.The staff were all friendly and helpful, we will definitely be back.
