Having read reviews, I was expecting a lot, but sadly those expectations were not met; service was slow and unattentive, and the food was very average pub food. That said, the atmosphere was lively.

they love this place where they can really chill, eat a drink to enjoy before or after a movie or just enjoy refreshments, they can even drink in the movie that is spotless, the personal is all kind, whole atmosphere is great.:

Place was packed with drinkers, not many eating, they've obviously tried it before. Typical pub grub menu, looked promising, how can cooking such simple food go so wrong, but it did. Burnt pie, burnt chicken breast, chunky chips hard in the middle, would have had better food next door in KFC, at half the price to no doubt. They would be better off sticking to just selling crips and peanuts!

Went on a Monday night before a gig, even though we arrived at 6pm, the service was shocking, bar staff didn 't even acknowledge we were there until we asked to be served. Ordered food and it took just under an hour to arrive, with no feedback to why our food hadn 't arrived until we asked, which all we got was its a trainee chef working tonigt, they offered to refund us our money but by this stage it was getting to late for that! Our starters arrived which were cold, this indicated to us that they had perhaps been sitting somewhere for a bit and our mains were terrible, the burger patty fell apart and the ribs had no sauce and was again luke warm. We took our (nearly) 3 year daughter here yesterday to watch Bing at the morning toddler time session at 11. It's her favourite programme, as it is many toddler's so I was so pleased when I found that they were showing it! (I found out about it on the Hoop app, an absolute must download for all parents) and for £3.50 a child and adults free you can't find better. The cinema itself is very, very clean and the staff are very friendly, both things I think are important in any retailer or customer service environment, and with cinemas I think it's rare to find good customer service and clean toilets nowadays!
